These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Terminal Cripto (operated by Jorge Castaño Belda, an individual developer based in Spain).
Terminal Cripto is a technical analysis and educational tool for the cryptocurrency market. The App displays public market data from third-party sources, computes technical indicators, and presents an aggregated "Confluence Score" between −100 and +100.

All information, data, indicators, and Confluence Scores displayed in the App are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial consulting, trading recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.
Trading cryptocurrencies is highly volatile and carries significant risk, including total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.
The App offers Pro features through paid subscriptions managed by Google Play Billing:
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Google Play → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy.
Prices may vary by region and currency. Taxes (VAT) are included where applicable.
All content of the App — including but not limited to source code, design, graphics, logos, the Confluence Score algorithm, indicator implementations, text, and documentation — is the exclusive property of the App's operator and is protected by Spanish and international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App's operator shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of capital, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total liability of the operator shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the App in the past twelve (12) months.
The App relies on data from third parties (Binance, CoinGecko, CoinPaprika, Alternative.me, Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, CryptoCompare). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or behavior of these third parties. Their terms of service and privacy policies apply to the data they provide.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, but provisions of these Terms that should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via the App or via the App's listing on Google Play. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the User's place of residence within the European Union, or, where applicable consumer-protection law requires it, of Alicante, Spain.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Toda la información, datos, indicadores y Scores de Confluencia mostrados en la Aplicación se proporcionan con fines educativos e informativos únicamente. No constituyen asesoramiento de inversión, consultoría financiera, recomendaciones de trading ni invitaciones a comprar o vender ningún activo.
Operar en criptomonedas es altamente volátil y conlleva un riesgo significativo, incluyendo la pérdida total del capital. Eres el único responsable de tus decisiones de inversión. Consulta siempre con un asesor financiero cualificado antes de invertir.
La Aplicación ofrece funcionalidades Pro mediante suscripciones de pago gestionadas por Google Play Billing:
Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente hasta que las canceles. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento desde Ajustes → Google Play → Suscripciones. Los reembolsos los gestiona Google Play según su política.
Los precios pueden variar según región y moneda. Los impuestos (IVA) están incluidos cuando aplica.
Todo el contenido de la Aplicación — incluyendo, sin limitación, el código fuente, diseño, gráficos, logos, el algoritmo del Score de Confluencia, la implementación de los indicadores, texto y documentación — es propiedad exclusiva del operador de la Aplicación y está protegido por las leyes españolas e internacionales de propiedad intelectual.
Se te concede una licencia limitada, no exclusiva y no transferible para usar la Aplicación con fines personales y no comerciales. No podrás:
Aceptas usar la Aplicación de forma legal y respetuosa. No podrás:
La Aplicación se proporciona "TAL CUAL" y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos que:
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, el operador de la Aplicación NO será responsable de daños directos, indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, incluyendo sin limitación: pérdida de beneficios, pérdida de capital, pérdida de datos, pérdida de oportunidad o interrupción de negocio — derivados del uso o imposibilidad de uso de la Aplicación.
Si la responsabilidad no puede excluirse bajo la ley aplicable, la responsabilidad total del operador no excederá la cantidad pagada por ti a la Aplicación en los últimos doce (12) meses.
La Aplicación depende de datos proporcionados por terceros (Binance, CoinGecko, CoinPaprika, Alternative.me, Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, CryptoCompare). No somos responsables de la precisión, disponibilidad ni comportamiento de estos terceros. Sus términos de servicio y políticas de privacidad aplican a los datos que proporcionan.
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar tu acceso a la Aplicación en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso, por cualquier violación de estos Términos o por actividad fraudulenta. Tras la terminación, tu derecho a usar la Aplicación cesa inmediatamente, pero las disposiciones de estos Términos que deban sobrevivir (propiedad intelectual, limitación de responsabilidad, ley aplicable) seguirán vigentes.
Podemos modificar estos Términos ocasionalmente. Los cambios significativos se notificarán a través de la Aplicación o de su ficha en Google Play. El uso continuado de la Aplicación tras las modificaciones constituye aceptación de los nuevos Términos.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de España. Cualquier disputa derivada de estos Términos o del uso de la Aplicación se someterá a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales del lugar de residencia del Usuario dentro de la Unión Europea o, donde la legislación aplicable de protección al consumidor lo exija, de Alicante, España.
Si eres consumidor en la Unión Europea, también tienes derecho a usar la plataforma de Resolución de Litigios en Línea de la Comisión Europea.
